These Terms of Service govern your use of the Soulrang website and your purchase of our products. Soulrang is operated by Soulrang, based in India. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About our products
Soulrang sells handcrafted home textiles made with traditional Indian block printing and hand finishing. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, print placement, weave and size are natural and are part of the product's character. They are not defects. Screen settings can also change how colours look, so the photos on the site are a close guide rather than an exact match.
Product sizes are approximate and may differ by up to 1–2 cm. Block-printed and natural-dye textiles may release a little colour on the first wash, so wash them separately in cold water.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid in full.
You agree to give accurate and complete information at checkout, including a working phone number and a full delivery address with PIN code.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and offers can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways; we do not store your card details.
Discount codes are single-use, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India only. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery timelines and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, by writing to shopsoulrang@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Made-to-order, personalised and bulk orders start production soon after confirmation and cannot be cancelled once production begins. We confirm the lead time when you place the order.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is available separately on this site. Please read it before you ask for a return.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and write to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Natural variations described in Section 1 are not grounds for return.
7. Colour, care and use
Please follow the care instructions on each product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, ironing or storing a product against the care guidance, or by the use of bleach or harsh detergents.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Soulrang name, logo, photographs, videos, product designs, block-print patterns and written text, belongs to Soulrang or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Accounts and privacy
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Custom and bulk enquiries
Quotes for custom or bulk orders are valid for the period stated in the quote. Production starts after written confirmation and an agreed advance payment. Final sizes, colours and quantities are those confirmed in writing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soulrang is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site on the day you place your order applies to that order.
